Harmony™ General FAQ's
For specific questions regarding installation and troubleshooting, please see Harmony™ Installation FAQ's.
Q:
How do I remove my old toilet seat to install Harmony™?
A:
Loosen the hinge with a screwdriver or wrench. Remember your tools are steel and your bowl is porcelain. You need to be careful not to chip it. If the bolts are rusty or badly calcified, spray them with WD-40 penetrating oil. Let them sit for five or ten minutes and then try again. If they still do not budge, you might want to consider calling a professional.

Q:
How does Harmony™ work?
A:
Harmony™ is flush-activated using a float in the toilet tank that releases the lever, which releases the seat.

Q:

Will Harmony™ work on my toilet?

The Harmony™ seat works on 95% of all residential toilets; however, if you have a vacuum-assist toilet or a toilet where the toilet seat mounting nuts and bolts are not accessible from the underside of the mounting/hinge area, Harmony™ will not work.

Q:
If Harmony™ does not work on my toilet, how do I return?
A:

You should return the Harmony™ seat to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund.

I read the installation manual, but I still do not understand the installation process. Is there any other material that I can reference?
